COVID-19 Guidelines

All parents and keiki will be required to follow Hawaii State COVID guidelines.

If your keiki is feeling unwell, please stay home and recover. Contact Keiki Kicks to possibly arrange a make-up class.
Disclaimer
Although many risks can be avoided, I understand that not all risks can be and release Keiki Kicks from responsibility for any injury that my child might incur during normal play. I further understand that in the event of a medical emergency, Keiki Kicks will call EMS to render assistance and that I will be financially responsible for any expenses involved.
Photo Consent
I do hereby consent and agree that Keiki Kicks has the right to take photographs of my child and to use these photos on the company website, Facebook page, Instagram, and promotional material without compensation. I understand that my child's name and identity will not be revealed. If you would prefer we not photograph your child, please notify us via email.
Payment Policy
A season must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Refund Policy
As a small family business, we are not able to issue refunds for:
non-attendance at a scheduled class.
any unscheduled cancellation by staff.
if beyond the midway point of a season.
if a child is registered beyond the midway point of a season.
for field closure due to natural disaster, government emergency, health crisis, or an "act of God."
Should Keiki Kicks or a parent find it necessary to withdraw a child's enrollment, a refund will be issued for the remaining sessions (with the exceptions of the clauses mentioned above).
Make-up Classes & Cancellations
There will be a maximum of two make-up weeks due to inclement weather, heat or air quality conditions.
Keiki Kicks reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment. Upon cancellation, Keiki Kicks will issue a full refund.
Keiki Kicks will work to schedule make-ups for any canceled sessions during the season. If a make-up cannot be offered, a credit maximum for up to two sessions will be issued to be used in a future season.
Arrival & Dismissal Policy
Parents/guardians must sign children in and out of programs. No child can be left unattended before or after a session.
If your child is to be picked up by someone other than yourself, please provide a note to the coach. Children will not be released to anyone unknown to the Keiki Kicks coach.
A late pick-up fee of $5 per 5 minutes will be invoiced to any parent arriving more than 5 minutes late. Fee must be paid before the following session. Any child picked up late more than twice will be withdrawn from the season.
