Ohana Soccer Play
For 1-2 year-olds with parent/guardian
This course is tailored for keiki from 12 months old. This playgroup centers around getting your little one acclimated to soccer and teamwork. Crawling, running, spinning on the field; passing, kicking, rolling the soccer ball; taking turns and having fun are a few things that will be covered. Each keiki should be accompanied by an adult.
Although we practice skills, our main goal for the Ohana Soccer Play class is getting keiki interacting with other keiki. We hope they make friends and build a little community! We endeavor to get keiki ready for preschool by working on listening, following directions, and communicating by using the game of soccer as a medium.
This family-oriented class is a fun, laid-back way to get your keiki outside and moving while making new friends.
Manini Soccer Class
For 3 to 4 year-olds
As one of our most popular offerings, we recommend signing up for this course as early as possible as it tends to fill up quickly.
This 30 minute soccer class is for 3 to 4 year-olds. During this class we will work on following directions as well as basic skills such as passing, trapping, shooting, and dribbling. We play age-appropriate, soccer-related games with a focus on individual skills as well as teamwork gradually leading to scrimmages.
Whether your keiki has played soccer before or not, this class will teach foundational skills for all sports as well as other life skills when working as a group or as an individual.
Keiki Soccer Training
For 5 to 8 year-olds
During this 45 minute class we will focus on team play as well as more advanced skills. Many of our friends have never played the game before, whilst others are developing as proficient young players. Both are in good hands with us!
We build fitness through games and scrimmages to work together while also improving as individual players. Our team games introduce the ideas of tactics and positioning on the field giving players a foundation for sports in general beyond soccer.
We focus on improvement through having fun and self-expression. We encourage a safe environment where kids can be kids and learn the game in a pressure-free zone.
